The site is in close proximity to Bridgeport Canada Line Station and acts as the gate to the Bridgeport Village, an important connector to Vancouver International Airport. The program of the project includes hotel, retail, office and an assembly area and therefore will greatly increase the attractiveness of the neighborhood, create new job possibilities and support business development.
