Schematic design proposal for a mixed use building in extension to the Marine Drive developments that are evolving around the new Canada Line skytrain station. The program of the project includes retail mail, offices and residential apartments. The dancing towers design is a reaction to the vibrant location, the dynamics of the infrastructure and to the interaction point of the two cities.
